Primary Care and Spinal Cord Injury
People with Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) often get suboptimal primary care, estimated at a rate of 2-4x worse than the general population. Limited accessibility and lack of specialized knowledge puts people with SCI at greater risk of hospitalization, pain, and suffering at a minimum.
